Easynet dailymail of an ISP !

[link to this post]

whats wrong with Easynet now days place an order for 50Mb lease line. few months no still not done, worse thing is they keep moving the date, If they given us it's going to take this long we would have find a different ISP.

They used to be very good now most people dont have a clue there.

Posting here as they dont have a section here

When they push the date back they should advise why. Have they done this?

Remember, most fibre leased lines are stated as 30-75 working day lead times.

I know it's take long time but now It's now more than 3 months now. They put the equipment on a wrong exchange apparently BT now taking their time to put the equipment on the right exchange.

they installed fibre in the building long time ago just taking time to light it up, lot of people wants to work from home coming to work. they are not happy

Not quite sure how an ISP can install hardware in to the wrong exchange and have it signed off.

Existing Fibre should be "re-lit" in a short time frame providing the fibre is still proven to various points.

What lead time did they quote you?
