Vista start menu tweaking

[link to this post]

How do I go about changing which options here are click, submenu and removed?

I don't want:

Pictures
Network
Connect To
Default Programs
Help & Support

I'd like to change the Games option to have a submenu of the games, rather than having to open a window.

Nice 1, although in my own own setup the path was:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

Basically a '1' makes it so, a '0' makes it go and a '2' makes it submenu.

Ta!

Can't you do most of this, if not all, by Customize Start Menu from Start - R Click - Properties, w/out messing about with RegEdit?

1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU BB => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU BB

Yup, you can. I'd forgotten the trick being the 'customize' button.

Two ways then. smile
