Outlook 2010 query

I've recently acquired office 2010, before I had used Windows Live Mail (which is fine), I was wondering how I transfer my emails from Windows Live Mail over to Outlook.

Another question, how do I get outlook to go into the right hand corner by the clock when it's minimized? Like Windows Live Mail does.

Right click on the notification tray icon and check 'hide when minimised'.
