DrayTek Vigor 2750N Log File - Need Help!

[link to this post]

Hi folks,

I'm using the DrayTek Vigor 2750N with BT Infinity and all seems to be going well.

Tonight I have having a few issues whereby some websites weren't loading so I logged into the DrayTek to have a look at the log file. There are some strange messages and I was wondering if someone can take a look at them for me please?

I would rather PM the log file as I don't understand all the info and it contains IP address and such.

Please let me know if you can help!!

Thanks.

Well, there are some other things in the log file that are confusing me, like some activity at 8.49am this morning, when I was in bed and not using the internet... Just wanted to clarify it was normal.

I didn't try that website at the time but things are OK now. Still, as I say, I wanted to get the log file thing cleared up.

There are other forum users who understand and specialise at looking at logs. If they don't contact you within a few days, and you are still worried, I will look at your logs. Send a PM in that unlikely event.

How does the router's logged events relate to Windows?

It is not unusual that some outside hacker, or even mistake, tries to access your IP. That's what the firewall is for. Why not post msg with your IP blanked?
