It's still beta though and I've had many problems with firefox, so much so that I mainly use chrome now.

I don't doubt that. However though the url is www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-13.0&os=win&lang=en-US for me it leads to a page offering Firefox 12.
