Startup Problem

[link to this post]
I have Pinnacle 12 video editing software on my desktop computer.

All works fine.

However when I reboot I get a window that says "Windows Installer Preparing to install. Please wait while windows configures Pinnacle Studio 12"

After w while another one comes up saying
"Pinnacle Studio 12
the feature you are trying to use is on a network resourse that is unavailable.

it then gives me an option of opening another location.

If I click cancell it goes away but I'd like to get rid of it.

I use windows Vista

Any ideas?

It would seem there are processes or services being called to start on Windows boot. I would look to disabling them. Try CCleaner and check the start-up items. Also check in your task manager (show processes from all users) for processes or services which you can tie to the program. There may be a delayed-start service which can be disabled or set to manual.
