Windows 8 - burn photos to cd

[link to this post]

Is there a easy way to burn photos from a Windows 8 laptop to cd?

I've tried and got as far as getting "you have files waiting to burn to cd" but cant see how to go from there!

Is was so easy in XP

Thanks for that.

It doesn't seem to work unless the cd is blank, ie you can't add photos to a cd that already has photos on it.

With XP you could just burn photos to a CD without all this hassle.

There must be an idiot proof way that I can cope with grin

I think it has to be multi-session, not necessarily "rewritable"
