Summary

Adobe has released security updates for Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.202 and earlier versions for Windows, Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.203 and earlier versions for Macintosh, Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.285 and earlier versions for Linux, Adobe Flash Player 11.1.115.58 and earlier versions for Android 4.x, and Adobe Flash Player 11.1.111.54 and earlier versions for Android 3.x and 2.x. These updates address vulnerabilities that could cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.

You seem to have missed the point, my version appears to be later than the one you are reporting and out of date already and was automatically updated.

the current update is Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.224 the previous update was 11.7.700.202 hope that helps ?
where Adobe has released security updates for Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.202 that means that the new update will be of a higher value in this case 11.7.700.224
adobe will in future try to release their updates to be on the same day as the Microsoft ones which are as I'm sure your aware on the second Tuesday of the month
