Where to find startup programmes?

[link to this post]

Win 7 question. I have a few (very!) annoying programmes that load at startup and slow things down. Usually I can disable these via Msconfig's startup tab but I can't see any mention of them in the list. I have disabled everything there except my antivirus but the little blighters keep loading - so where are they to be found and why are they loading? One of them is Dell System Detect, another is Epson My Portal. I suspect they are lurking in the registry.

Does CCleaner (if you have it installed) show any different programmes at startup?

Was Eclipse Home Option 1, VM 2Mb & O2 Standard
Now Utility Warehouse (up to 16mbps) via Talk Talk

Also recommend CCleaner. If it's not there, it might be activating as a bolt-on to another process, or within a service.

I've now run CCCleaner and have zapped a lot of things. The computer seems faster and those programmes I've mentioned have gone completely. Thanks!
