Are tailored features preserved during Windows 10 upgrade?

[link to this post]

A friend is visually impaired so she & I have done a fair bit of work to set up Win 8.1 with various elements enlarged, including browser windows etc. so she can see what she's doing.

As and when the PC is upgraded to Win 10, and she wants to go to 10 as she really doesn't like 8.1, will these localisations be preserved?

If so, will it be all of them or just some?

Windows 10 Forums might be the best place to ask.

Indeed - although, I would assume that settings are not preserved. If you plan on upgrading, I would make a note of fonts used, sizes, colours used etc, just in case

Worked for me. Maybe the site was overloaded at the time?

And I've just tried registering on the Windows 8 Forum, and getting much the same error.

I'm registered on the Windows 7 Forum so perhaps I'll have to use that to ask the question and/or raise the problem. I've already used the Contact Us link on W10 Forum, I'll give it a day or so before I try using the W7 Forum though.

Well it's still failing on Win 10 and Win 8 Forums, both using Firefox and IE. Once again I've sent a plea via Contact Us, perhaps they'll respond this time...
