BT Fault Check Link AWOL

[link to this post]

Since the makeover to the Zen Status page I can’t find a link to the BT fault checker. Has it been withdrawn?

I hope its just an oversight as it has been useful in the past.

The page is still accessible via the link in the sidebar at http://www.zen.co.uk/Support/Tools.aspx (goes to http://status.zensupport.co.uk/outages/ )

I shall ask about the link from the Zen service alerts page on Monday...

Thanks – I thought it was useful to have the link on the status page, it’s usually the first place I check when there’s a problem.

Hi Dave,

The link to the outage checker is right at the top, where it states: "For a list of current BT outages click here."

regards,
Phil.
