Zen or hotmail problem?

I have started having problems with some business emails coming in from a hotmail account which has been problem free for years.

Some of the message since last Tuesday have come in corrupted with this stuff before the message:

What is worse is that attachments, if any, are in line with the message and utter rubbish. An in line rar file is not much use for example. It is not my email client, Eudora, although the emails are OK in Thunderbird. Webmail is also corrupt and my Iphone refuses to read the messages.

I've scanned the headers of 11 messages and they have gone through Zen in 10 different ways.

Any one else experienced this? Any clues whether it is a change at Zen or Hotmail?
