It's Broken :-(

[link to this post]

My Zen broadband connection was scheduled to be "moved to new equipment within the local BT exchange" tomorrow.

Seems they decided to do the migration 1.5 hours early, and my Zen connection has been down since approximately 22:30 tonight.

Rebooted the router several times - it's syncing, but failing to authenticate. Router is still "retrying" as I write this. It's now been down for well over an hour.

Any idea if/when it'll be back up and running again?

Soumds like they were moving you to 21CN.

When mine was done my connection went down for about 3 hours.

ISPs have nothing to do with it, its all caused by BT work.

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen Lite 8000

I thought the ISP would have requested the move?

Cheers,
