What the hell's going on?

According to my AP, my connection is:- Downstream Rate: 4416 Kbps, Upstream Rate: 448 Kbps but yet I get this:

Speedtest.net

and:

thinkbroadband

It's been like this for the past week or so frown

Ok. Thanks for that.

Just had a quick look at the Portal, and I'm LLUd and it states my max download speed is 2848Kbps. The latest line rate data is from 2006 - BRAS profile isn't shown. There's also no service profile data.

Any ideas?

Ah yes, sorry. I forgot they have some LLU in a few exchanges.

You'll need to ask them about it then wink (and that is why the BT tester won't work).

G'Day Frogger,

The 600ms ping response makes me suspect that there is either a major issue with the line, or something/somone is over utilising the connection and hence it being so slow.

Can you call in so we can run some checks for you please.
