Is the domain registered with Zen and are you using their namesservers?
Can you not add/amend the record via the Customer Portal?
If not then it'll need the attention of the DNS Master and I doubt they work weekends but have you phoned support as they may well be able to sort it for you.
Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen Lite 8000
