When does DNS Support go home?

I asked them to add a couple of AAAA records, but they did it wrong, and I was patiently waiting all day for an update that was never going to work. I mailed them about 5:30 to fix it, but I guess they've gone home frown

I suppose I'll be waiting until monday now frown

Is the domain registered with Zen and are you using their namesservers?

Can you not add/amend the record via the Customer Portal?

If not then it'll need the attention of the DNS Master and I doubt they work weekends but have you phoned support as they may well be able to sort it for you.

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen Lite 8000

Yes, the domain is registered with Zen, and yes I'm using their servers. You can't currently manipulate AAAA records via the Customer Portal - you have to mail the DNS Master.

I think I'll need the DNS Master, but I'll give Support a call anyway - worth a try. Thanks.
