Slow internet for the past few days

One of my customers informed me today that his Zen Internet has been extremely slow. His office is close to a market 1 exchange in Weeley. Are there any known issues with Zen Internet for its 20CN based service? His line is normally synchronized at the maximum possible 7.1 mbps profile.

Might be worth checking the BT PEW and fault status at the following link

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen Lite 8000
