My connection has been up and down all week?

My connection has been up and down all week since the migration, I am deeply disappionted, it's been disconnecting/dropping the line at least once a day whereas prior to this alleged service improvement it never dropped. I am this close to changing suppliers, is this just me or are others encountering issues (Reading area)?
