bizarre 2nd night no internet in Rochdale, ok Weds was a hardware failure and to give Zen there due it was back up again by Morning but Tonight some bright spark decided at 7.30 to reboot the whole system result, seems no one can connect....was this really a sensible thing to do at this time? another night of browsing with my 3g connection via my handset pass through, will we be getting partial refunds i wonder?

Appears to be an "unexpected reboot" rather than a planned reboot.

Suppliers working on the Rochdale equipment have caused it to reboot unexpectedly.

Our engineers are investigating and further updates will be posted here when available.

Zen regret any inconvenience this may cause.
