I just placed an order on the customer portal and it went through fine. Selected a provisional install date and Zen contacted me with an alternative.
I had it installed yesterday - one thing is I ordered the 80 / 20 service but BT installed the 40 / 10 service.
I called Zen as the engineer left and they are having to regrade me to 80 / 20.
This regrade hasnt appeared on my cstomer portal so im a bit in the dark as to when it will finally happen.
