Disconnects

Hi Folks,

I've got a broadband problem, my connection keeps dropping out. The WAN light on the router goes red (normally green) and I lose all connectivity. It comes back after a bit (and perhaps a router restart). Router is a Zyxel P-660HW-D1

Anyone know what's going on? Should I be pointing the finger at my router or do Zen need to fix something? I'm in Leeds, this has been happening for about a week.

Possible there is problem with Line. Suggest you contact ISP Support
CO2 Call terminated is Loss of Sync
There are also a lot of Packets being lost.
If only recently happened could be water ingress somewhere on line.
