15 minute outage in early hours this morning.

The TBB Quality Monitor shows one of my remote lines as being down for about 15 minites, starting at about 02.07 this morning.

The router logs show the ADSL connection uptime at 02.22; which matches the TBB data.

The router itself has an uptime of many weeks and I can not seen any faults reported on the Zen website. Does anybody have any ideas, as the connection is normally quite stable and the building was unoccupied at the time. The remote site is in North Sefton, Merseyside.

Hi,

Probably an issue with the Manchester POP, or local exchange. I have 4 x 21CN & 1 x 20CN lines being monitored they were all fine overnight. I am in Cambridgeshire, so all my 21CN connections route through to London.

More than liklely a PEW on the exchange last night. They tend to Blip for about 15mins when the works are being carried out.

Probably local to one exchange, as other lines were OK.
