My IP profile for the 4th time has got stuck at 2Mbps. Could someone at Zen please PM me and I can pass over my account details so it could be looked into?

It is something weird with my line/exchange and it seems to happen a lot. Every time I speak to someone at support though the fault has always been misdiagnosed and I've been asked lots of questions for no reason when all someone needs to do is give BT a prod, then everything returns to normal...
