Just a line to thank all at Zen for their excellent service over the last 8 years.

Leaving after all this time was not easy and was made very reluctantly.
Finances are such that I've have to find a cheaper ISP.

As I already have Sky TV and my exchange has their LLU equipment.

With the Sky TV, broadband and telephone package, my monthly outgoings are reduced significantly.

Transferred over last Thursday with no problems.
Initial download speed was 4 meg but up to 9 meg today.
Was getting 18 meg on ADSL2 so would expect something similar at the end of 10 days training.

Thanks for the great service Zen.
