I requested my MAC code from Zen earlier this week as I wish to migrate to another ISP. I hadn't heard anything by this afternoon so used the Live Chat facility on Zen's website to ask if it would be possible to have the MAC today. Someone from Zen phoned me back and told me it would be emailed to me this afternoon.
I haven't received an email and I can't contact Zen now until Monday as their customer services don't work weekends. I was hoping to take advantage of a cashback offer that expires tomorrow for the ISP I want to move to, it seems I won't be able to now
I wondered if the MAC emails are automatically generated and is there still a chance I may still receive it?
