Disappointingly slow service

Just been moving some dsl accounts around

o2 issue mac code 3 hours
plusnet issue mac code 20mins after a phone call
BT issue mac code 6 hours.
Zen issue mac code 2 whole days and still waiting....!

Pull your fingers out would ya!

And for anyone wanting to whine about ofcom says upto 5 days ... yes.. aware of that - but if everyone else can do it quicker, why are zen dragging their feet.....
