I've successfully reset and changed my password; but still can't login.

It was working OK last night, but it is ignoring me this morning....

ok here now as well.

It worked on one PC but not on another, even though both were running IE11 at same rev level.

After reverting to a system image backup made last week, all is OK again. Not sure what was wrong, but something definitely mucked up my config. Don't you just love Windows!

I'd suggest checking for cookies from the zen portal next time, have seen a few sites have cookie issues with different browsers in the last year or so
