About 45 mins ago, my Zen line went down. The Internet Green LED on the router is out.
Investigating it seems Zen is unreachable and the router won't log-in. I have the router sent to connect to a Static IP (my Zen WAN Static IP address). If I delete that line from the router and reboot, the green LED light goes on; but I still get no Internet connectivity. The router appears to have logged into:
Primary DNS: 18.104.22.168
Sec DNS: 22.214.171.124
This happened once before and I was told by Zen Support that the router was logging in to BT Internet and that I should set my router to request my Zen static IP address; which is how it has been configured since.
This morning however the router just won't log in to Zen?
Any ideas? I can't see anything amiss on the Zen Internet Status page.
