New line cost Zen Home Talk

[link to this post]

Does anybody know how much Zen charge to reactivate a line previously used with Sky LLU for their Home Talk £11.22 service.

Lines all connected and ready to go but isn't active and was previously used on Sky LLU.

Do you know if Sky did a return to donor? I.e BT? If not they will need to lift and shift it to Zen's kit. Will help others give you a price so i thought it was worth dropping in.

well I know this much, when I got to bt's site to order a line its does not give the option to use existing line, and adds charges for a new one to be installed.

I'm assuming this means it was not returned, should I contact sky and ask about it and see what they say.

But thanks for the input...

I wouldn't Zen would need to ask BTO to transfer it. it's either still on the Sky LLU equipment or it's been disconnected and is just floating about in the exchange bundles.

Both operate on LLU and thats no good for what I want to do, so please refrain from posting prices regarding LRS.

I'm sure theres somewhere you could start as post to share your findings.
