Unlimited Fibre Office

[link to this post]

Just wondered whether anyone knows - with the "Guaranteed Speed of 60 Mbps" advertised feature, is this only during office hours, or is it 24/7 ?

Thanks

Guaranteed speed of 60Mbps or 80% of maximum available sync rate.
(That's found by clicking the asterisked link where the statement is made, on this page.

I assume 24/7, but my reason for posting was to make sure you don't think it's a guarantee of 60Mbps on all Unlimited Fibre Office connections.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

No my understanding was that this min speed promise was only available on the unlimited fibre office product costing £59 + vat per month with a £17 +vat line rental

I had clicked the asterisk'd link, its just a pretty picture which more or less repeats the same info as I already had; but says nothing about whether it is 24/7 or just office hours, hence my posting here for clarification.

I'm not sure what you are saying "No" to smile.

Logic says that if "Office hours" isn't stipulated then it has to be 24/7. As I said, my main reason for posting was that there is no guarantee of 60Mbps there anyway! It's just an eye-catcher, which is then severely qualified.
