BQM - latency through the day

Ive noticed on my BQM that my latency is increasing between 8am and midnight each day. Attached is a snapshot graph from yesterday.

Could this be congestion in my FTTC cabinet or even the Zen core network?

It was not internal usage on my connection apart from between 9pm and 10pm

The traffic from Windows 10 downloads has been creating packet loss this week, and you may just be seeing a very mild version where in your area/region/bit of network the demand is not enough to cause packet loss but just a little increased latency during office hours.

So if this is just the case for this week then it will probably be fine by next week.
