I'm trying to currently upgrade my newly activated FTTC connection which is currently 40/10 to 80/20. The BT estimate was indicating that 40/10 would be my best option so I went with that initially. However, it turns out my line's capable of doing more according to the Draytek Vigor 2860Vac (attainable 61Mbps / 13dB SNRM downstream, 18Mbps / 10dB SNRM upstream) so would like to utilise it to the best possible.
BT's original estimate:
FTTC Range A (Clean) 51.6 35 11.9 7.2 -- Available FTTC Range B (Impacted) 43.3 25.5 11.9 5.5 -- Available
However, I may have encountered a problem and wonder if anyone is familiar with the following status message on Zen's order tracking.

Without wanting to ring support as I have to go out for most of today, does anyone know what this might mean (e.g. there's a technical issue with processing the order, or perhaps the order was declined by BTw for some reason)?
