Zen residential newsletter

Will someone please tell whoever designs this that older people find it hard to read small text, especially online; and that everybody finds it hard to read white text on yellow (see page 8).

This has been complained about before - Zen, please do something!

Zen are not very good at designing things in HTML.

Their website is incredibly inconsistent. Look at the difference between www.zen.co.uk and www.zen.co.uk/enterprise/

And as has been previously mentioned on several occasions, its basically impossible to find pricing on getting a new line installed.

Lets not forget the atrocity that the portal is. Its like they partially redesigned it about 6 times without removing the old navigation systems.

Seconded.

Actually I thought I'd unsubscribed from this after they started using some bonkers software that just doesn't work on mobile devices. Either that or it's using white text on a white background.

An idea - use a PDF. Black on white. Radical eh?

It has, and as Zen seemed to care in absolutely no way about it, I unsubscribed.

So will I, especially as I now seem to get it in three separate emails from Zen.
