To make sure we forge a future fit for everyone, we’d like to make that an official part of Zen’s ongoing product and service development process.
To that end, we're setting up a Zen User Group. We want you to give us true and honest feedback on our service and to offer opinions and suggestions on our plans for the future.
The group will meet up quarterly, either in person or via Skype to discuss and review forthcoming product developments.
We may also want to ask the group questions between meetings to test ideas or get more immediate feedback on important initiatives.
We will give the group early access to new or proposed products and services for testing and review.
We are currently looking to recruit members of the group. The only qualification is that you are a current Zen customer and are happy to join occasional discussions.
If attendance in person is ever required, we will of course reimburse you for all expenses incurred, and offer a small gift as a thank you for your trouble.
The idea is to consult the Zen User Group early in the development of any products or services. Of course welcome constructive criticism as much as we appreciate a pat on the back. We can only learn from our mistakes when we know we’ve made them.
Thanks for the great response. We have had 100s of customers register so we're going to put a hold on new members for the time being.
