Is it the router that is causing packet loss or BT Back Haul or whatever Zen use for FTTC?

I think its the FritzBox routers that is causing the issue due to like I said I had the same issue with the 4040 router on my FTTP Infinity 4 connection, granted it wasn't as bad as the poster on here, mine was loosing packets every 6 hours, restart the router and was fine for about 10 days, then packet loss starts again.

I then changed to a Linksys WRT 3200 ACM and never seen any more packet loss.

Its not a fault on the Fritz!Box routers but a security feature thinking its being attacked by ICMP pings so it drops them resulting in the packet loss, other than that the connection was fine.
