Hehe, everyone loves a conspiracy theory

In realism, the analyst will have just accidentally clicked on "close" rather than "escalate" which for customer raised tickets, will have the same effect.

So how old is the oldest ticket that hasn't been closed?

I know it's 8128 / 11 now, but what cause it to drop down to 6500 Tuesday night ???

When I resyned it yesterday lunchtime the NM was something like 18 or 20 and it went straight back up to 8128 / 14, but what caused it to drop down initially, that's what I want to know ???

Dave.

Hi Dave,

I wouldn't be able to see any historical reasons for a change in synchronisation speed I'm afraid.

Only if you disclosed their identity !

Unless it was mine of course, which would have put you in a Catchh 22 situation.

Hah!

In honesty, I did try having a look, but I can't find the report that would tell me.

I imagine it's about 9-12 months for either a hellish deDACS conversion or as fault that's never going to get fixed (such as a speed complaint on a long line).

For the record, the longest provision that I've had to deal with was 13 months, which invvolved BT digging up a motorway and laying down 40km of cabling.
