Can a plusnet rep make my day on a rainy saturday

I have had a 6 month saga with BT moving thousands of lines from one exchange to a new one.

Today after living off speeds of 160k for all that time I am finally logged in at excellent speed.

Can one of you kind people please remove the 500k profile off the "High Speed Broadband" in my CP and change it to 8MB :-)

I've upped the profile from 500k to 8000, all you need do is disconnect and reconnect and you should get the faster speed.

I wasn't sure about coming to Plusnet, (what with all the traffic shaping/prioritising and the past history on these boards) and I've been here nearly a month now, but this example of customer service gives me assurance. Keep it up!!
