I decided not to take up the offer because I'm thinking of changing due to all the email problems.

A bit perverse doing that just at the time they (finally) make some progress!

Not really. Just thinking enough is enough so currently trying to get my Solaris server up and running to provide my email needs and moving the web hosting to another independent server (photos already moved).

I've had to do a lot of work to make my domains manageable again after the data leak and none of the work being done by PN will fix that because they do not host any of the domains or most of the accounts that the email is redirected to.

As a result PN are unlikely to meet my needs going forward so signing up to such a long contract is not in my best interests and probably moving to a bare bones ISP such as Be will suit me better.

I took up the offer. As I have been with PN 4 years (november 2003) with no probs and no reason to change so why not ?

Absolutely. If you are having no problems, then you would be mad not to take up an offer like this.
