Hi there,
The ticket is with our accounts team, however unfortunately there's a problem open on our system that is preventing us from adding the credit. We will be picking these up as soon as all of our development staff are back in the office.
Apologies for the delay,

thanks for the reply, I would like to point out that this was raised verbally in early November, then formalised in a ticket on nov 18th.......can you give me some indication of the problem thats stopping a printer, or dare I say in these techno times, an actual human wriing a cheque, you could if you wished transfer it back into my bank.....but someone would need to actually speak to me, which Plusnet don't appear to like doing and thats precisely why I am now a customer of IDnet...and not Plusnet!

I wonder if that fact has a bearing on the situation.

wasn't excusing the nature of the service. you chose to raise the cynicism. It should not really be an issue that the op is an ex customer, after all think of all the PN customer service attention youve had over the last couple of years without ever using the service.
After all, poor service round here has been a long way from the norm for some time now.
PN have answered above hopefully the matter should be cleared up once the extended break is over.

The issue is with the system in that we can't actually mark the referral bonus as paid on the account. I've talked to the finance team today to chase this but there isn't anyone in who can sign or countersign a cheque until the 7th so I'll chase it again with them then.
Again, sorry for the delay.
