From PN - "Improvements to our email service"

[link to this post]

I left PN last year yet I got their e-mail via my personal e-mail address. I removed my personal e-mail address from the system when I left.

So where do I find on the page to ensure that my e-mail address is totally removed from Plusnet's database?

Thanks,

Strange...I left Newnet last November, yet still seem to be on their mailing list.

Hi Guys,

You probably both have an active account, perhaps with PAYG dialup access enabled.

We emailed all active accounts.

Thanks. I guess I need to close it... but I have a question about my referral.

What does this mean:

Hi there.

Yes. That would mean that those accounts have been cancelled and as such you wont receive the referral value.
