How long to migrate?

Sorry if this has been asked many times before...
I am migrating from Pipex to Plusnet. How long will it take from the time I have my mac code for the migration process to be completed?

Was Downstream 1928 Kbps (241.0 KB/sec) 2082 Kbps (inc. overheads)
Upstream 245 Kbps (30.6 KB/sec) 264 Kbps (inc. overheads)

Is now Downstream 780.97 Kbps (0.8 Mbps)
Upstream 240.79 Kbps ( 0.2 Mbps )

Depends on how long it takes you to give the MAC to Plusnet

The process generally takes 5 working days from when we receive the code.

Got my mac, from Pipex, the morning I requested it - gave it immediately to PlusNet and migrated 5 days later.

I was fortunate in that I asked for my mac at 8.01am on morning Tiscali purchase of Pipex was announced so started the queue. Go tell Pipex that you asked for mac over 5 days ago and will now be reporting them to Ofcom if they don't give it to you on the phone.

Don't know if he's still there by try emailing [email protected] and make the above points to him.

You'll then be able to sample proper customer service - not that you'll need it as my first 6 months have been trouble free

That's ok, I only asked for my mac code on Friday!

As it happens, I have just received it by post, and I have now completed my application to migrate to PlusNet. So hopefully 5 working days...
