I've been billed by Madasafish. I know the 2 are merging, but is there a pattern to which will be billed by who?

I'm just trying to work that out, I have about 50 accounts, so i'm logging into them one at a time to see which one billed me on the 10th (I have a Madasafish entry on my bank statement, all the others are Plusnet).

It should have an invoice ID next to it, if you want to PM that to me I should be able to figure it out.

Ok PM'd. I have 4 accounts that are billed from the 7th to the 10th for the same cost. I sent all 4 just in case it was the account invoiced on the 7th, but only cleared on the 10th
|

Just asking the bean counter for the statement back. I hadn't refreshed so didn't see you had already replied about the ID

Hmmm can't see anything obvious on the accounts, once you have the invoice ID can you PM this to me please.

Perhaps this has something to do with it:
I received this mail on the 11th Jan
Dear Mr xxxxxxxx
We would like to make you aware that if you made a payment to us between December 10th and 12th, you may see that Madasafish was displayed on your invoice.
Please don't be alarmed by this - it was a cosmetic mistake within our billing system. You will still continue to gain your service from PlusNet and we're certainly not being taken over by Madasafish!
Please do accept our apologies if this caused any confusion.
If you were billed between these dates but your invoice displayed PlusNet Plc as normal please disregard this email.

Ah yeah, that'll be the issue. Should be resolved now and you'll be billed as usual in future.
