BBYW vs BBYWPro?

I game alot. Especially in the evenings. Now I guess my logical choice is to go with Broadband Your Way Pro. But 10GB isn't really alot of usage. Now how better are the pings in the evenings with pro compared to the normal Option 3? Is there really a noticeable difference?

Also I notice usage is free after midnight. Does that mean what I download between Midnight and 8AM won't count to my allowance?

The main differences between BBYW and Pro is the fact that all traffic is prioritised as "gold" or "titanium" on Pro, whereas advanced traffic such as P2P and Usenet is given a lower priority on the other BBYW options.

Regarding your off peak usage, this is not counted towards your usage allowance and so is essentially "free".

Yes, just like all the other BBYW based products. Although the price per GB is higher.
