Stuck bRAS/IP Profile

OK I'm going to be fairly certain I have a stuck bRAS - RAMBO should have updated my IP Profile by now but it's still stuck at 2000k. Being stuck at 2000k consistently suggests a stuck bRAS. Can someone please look into this for me??

On a recent glitch on my line my profile dropped below my usual 7150mbps. It took three days to recover from 6500. I suggest you be patient.

Your issue is completely different. RAMBO works on small increases over a longer period of time. This however is not a small increase.

Can someone from PlusNet please check this out or should I log a trouble ticket?

Maybe I am being impatient I agree - but I had this issue previously with Pipex and it took a LONG time to rectify.

Try posting problem on community forum as it may be picked up more quickly.

It looks from this end as though the problem has been sorted and your IP Profile is showing as 7000Kbps.

Are you seeing similar from your end?
