As per my PM, your speeds should improve a bit if you reboot your modem/router.

Excellent......initial speedtests are showing download at around 1200-1300 Kbps!
A THREE-fold improvement!

Clearly, I am VERY happy about that.

Though tinged with some annoyance that it has taken ME to chase this up (on many occasions over the past few months), and that it was Plusnet that appears to have been throttling my connection!

Unfortunately my upload speed is still stuck at around 230ish kbps.

Whilst not as important as the download speed, is there anything I can do to improve this?

PS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH to MrSaffron and others on this forum - without your excellent advice and suggestions I wouldn't have know how to resolve my issue. And all accomplished within a day. I am SO pleased... :-)
