Plusnet value fibre with unlimited calls?

Hi,
I have never used Plusnet before so I hope existing users can offer some advice. I am with O2 broadband (3mb), my exchange now has fibre.

I am considering the value fibre package with unlimited calls. Has anyone experienced any issues with either side of the package, fibre or calls?

It is mainly for my parents so I am a bit worried about switching from BT.

Unlimited calls - I have had no problems.
Fibre - I don't have it yet - due 2012

Can't help you on Fibre.

Note that the calls package isn't unlimited, it's Anytime (ie 01/02/03 calls are limited to 60 minutes)

I've been on that call package for some time with no problems.
