However, note that although the Plusnet copy of the IP Profile is supposed to update automatically, the system can fail. So if the BT IP Profile is correct for the sync, but throughput is low, check the Plusnet copy, (Current line speed), as they use that to control your connection. Which is what orbrey fixed.
