I still have abysmal "up" speeds, and my internet connection is just barely usable, despite download speeds apparently being normal.
I've just had an update to my ticket, saying that the poor speed (which must mean upload speed, as the rest is normal) is due to the recent disconnects, and should resolve itself within 72 hours.
Is this right? I've heard of (and experienced) drops downgrading my sync speed, but never my upload speed.
I don't believe what I'm being told, and feel as if I'm getting nowhere. Problems began on Monday afternoon, and my connection has never been right since (despite a switch to a brand new PN supplied router).
I'm still getting random disconnects - at least three in 24 hours (it used to go for weeks without dropping), it's taking 3 or 4 seconds just to navigate to a page, and streaming video is impossible.
