I am having trouble sending emails to some BT email accounts.
I have broadband with Plusnet and also have my own domain, so my email address is of the form [email protected]. It is hosted by 1and1 and I use their email servers - pop.1and1.co.uk and auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk with authentication on. I use Windows Live Mail.
I am not sure if the problem is that my domain has been blocked by BT, or 1and1 is blocked, or because I�m not sending them via Plusnet�s own email servers. The odd thing is that emails get through to some btinternet.com email addresses.
I would be grateful for any suggestions to overcome the problem.
