I raised a ticket with Madasafish (Plusnet) 24 hours ago and still haven't had a reply. At the time it stated it would take 5 hours to get a reply. I sent a second ticket in case the first one didn't get through and had no reply to that one either.
I was overcharged by £11 on my last invoice/direct debit and it seems nobody wants to actually sort it out.
