This is getting a bit annoying now.
My exchange has been upgraded to 21CN WBC and many people I know are getting aroung 18-20Mbps. I ordered the upgrade last Monday (9th), being told it would take 5-7 working days. It still hasn't happened and Plusnet say the order is 'stuck' but can't tell me why!
Can anyone chase this up for me please?? Ticket is: 50709544
